Artifact: Responsibility Matrix For In-Scope Projects
This artifact contains a description of the roles required for In-Flight Projects together with a matrix of the responsibilities these roles will have on the Service Engagement. It could be produced at different levels (e.g. an overall matrix for generic roles on the Service Engagement, and detailed matrices for each Service Engagement team).
